Hello, my name is David Kühn (born and worked for many years as David Schuster).

I am a visual effects artist and filmmaker from Berlin.

I have been working as a freelancer in the filmbusiness for several years now, successfully graduated as Bachelor of Arts in "Digital Film Design/VFX" and occasionally work as a Lecturer at "md.h Berlin".

 

I offer my work in three Fields:

 

Visual Effects/Compositing:

Since 2015 I have been working as a visual-effects-artist. I gathered experience in all steps oft he VFX-production-process (3D, Animation, etc.), but specialized in compositing (Nuke, After Effects).

As a compositor I have worked on numerous different projects, like the feature films "Antman and the Wasp", "Dumbo" and "Avengers: Endgame" and several commercials.

 

Camera:

Since 2012 I have been working as a camera operator and gathered experience in this field through countless own projects and lots of external jobs. I am always delighted about requests for projects in this field.

 

Produktion:

I also offer the production of whole films (Imagefilms, music videos, etc.). From the concept, the shoot until the finished product I can covert he whole production. Depending on the size of the project I can cover it myself, or with my team. A professional production is guaranteed. The experience for this is not only coming from several commercial jobs, but also from over 20 of my own short-films, that I produced the last years and that have won several prizes.
